iNET Interactive Sold to Stoddard Hill Capital

On October 31, 2005 Aberration! Ventures, LLC sold its ownership interest in iNET Interactive, LLC to Stoddard Hill Capital in an all cash transaction.

iNET Interactive, LLC was a company I founded in June of 2002 through my investement entity, Aberration! Ventures, LLC. The offer was too good to refuse given our limited time in the investment. Aside from the money, I feel good about the management taking on the venture. Stoddard Hill Capital is headed by Troy Augustine, a Stanford University MBA graduate and all-around good guy.

I am very proud of the staff behind iNET Interactive, LLC including all of the moderator staff for our various web communities. We grew the business from concept in June of 2002 to a respected network of 16 web portals with over 35 million page views per month of web traffic. I wish Troy and iNET Interactive, LLC continued success.

iNET Interactive Acquires WebHostingTalk.com

Today iNET Interactive, LLC, a company which I founded in June of 2002, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the website WebHostingTalk.com from an entity controlled by EV1Servers.com.This is a significant milestone in our business strategy to develop a first-class network of websites aimed at web hosting, web development and computer hardware.

It was my pleasure to work with Robert Marsh, CEO of EV1Servers.com on this transaction. I originally contacted Robert back in March of 2003 regarding our interest in purchasing WebHostingTalk.com and we are delighted to have ultimately closed this transaction. Through the process I found Robert to be a very stand-up and honest businessman.

iNET Interactive Acquires dBforums.com

Today iNET Interactive announced the acquisition of dbforums.com. dbforums.com was founded by Paul John in February of 2001 with the aim of creating a discussion community focused exclusively on databases. Today, dbforums.com hosts over 2,600,000 articles in over 600,000 topics. The dbforums.com portal has grown its visitor traffic to over 4,000,000 page views per month and an Alexa ranking of 17,389 over the past 3 months.

iNET Directories Acquires HotScripts.com

Today iNET Directories acquired HotScripts.com- the largest repository of Perl/PHP/ASP scripts on the Internet. HotScripts.com was founded by Won Yoon in September of 1998 with the aim of creating a centralized collection of various computer applications used for web developers on a centralized website, organized by function. Today, HotScripts.com hosts over 18,000 computer programs and scripts in over 1,200 categories across 11 programming languages. The HotScripts.com portal has grown its visitor traffic to over 10,000,000 page views per month and an Alexa ranking of 893 over the past 3 months. In January of 2003, the HotScripts.com website won the "Editor's Choice Award" for Web Development Services by WebHost Magazine & Buyer's Guide.

This acquisition is a major milestone for iNET Directories- we anticipate additional acquisitions in the future.
